- Perishable items: Due to the nature of our frozen food products, returns are not accepted for perishable items unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or defective.
- Damaged or incorrect orders: If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product to process a replacement or refund.
2. Refund Process
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we approve the return or determine the issue with the product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that are mishandled, improperly stored, or not reported within the stipulated time frame are not eligible for refunds.
